Krissy’s Journey
When I turned 6, I visited the orphanage which was my home as an orphan baby.
The sweets party left such an impression on me that I just wanted to share with all of the other kids at the orphanage! The next year, I returned to the orphanage with my mom and dad and held our very first Sweets for the Holiday’s event! The kids and I had so much fun!

2010
Age 6, Krissy returns to her home orphanage in the Philippines for a visit, and develops a desire to have a sweets party for all of the kids there again.
2011
Age 7, 2nd Grade Class & Krissy holds a Coin-fundraiser, and raises funds to throw a Sweets for Holidays event for the orphan children.
2012
Age 8, Krissy’s first donation of $240 to Operation Smile from funds she raised. You can see her story featured on www.xxxxxxxxxx.com.
2013
These prior events lead to the birth of the KRIS Charitable Foundation. Krissy and Team goes on their very first Lift Up the Orphans Mission Trip. During this visit to the Philippines, built the first Happy Play-ces playground for orphanages.
Krissy, now graduating from highschool, is determined to enter into the Field of Medicine after witnessing a great need and purpose through the COVID-19 pandemic.
