Care for Communities
KRIS SmileCare
In many developing countries, limited access to oral health services often leads to untreated teeth or extractions due to pain. In 2015, Dr. Faith Victoriano's mission trip to the Philippines as a volunteer dentist highlighted this issue, leaving her deeply moved by the number of extractions needed. Inspired by her experience and passion for preventive dentistry, she, along with her colleague Dr. Hyun Bang, DDS, and the support of the KRIS Foundation, founded KRIS SmileCare to focus on oral health education for children. KRIS SmileCare is dedicated to promoting oral health by partnering with local schools and orphanages to teach children proper oral hygiene and nutrition while equipping them with the necessary tools. We also provide quarterly Continuing Education Courses for local Oral Health educators, developed by our compassionate dental professionals. Over time, our goal is to reduce the prevalence of dental and systemic diseases in the communities we serve.
KRIS SmileCare delivers Oral Health opportunities to children in underserved communities. We are thankful to Dr. Bang and Dr. Faith for their unwavering support in providing the professional expertise, leadership, and resources for this project.
As we expand KRIS SmileCare to more schools and orphanages, we welcome the help of additional sponsors and partners. Join us in improving the oral health of disadvantaged children, send email to info@kidsriseinspiresoar.org.

Kenya Water Project, 2019
Prior to the completion of the water project, the 300+ students of the Mochenwa Secondary School in Keroka, Kenya have to wake up very early in the morning to gather water from a river along with the entire village before getting ready for school. Now, they have their onsite water source that the school administration is sharing with the neighboring church, primary school, health center and surrounding community.
Philippines Super Typhoon Haiyan Aid, 2014
Typhoon Haiyan caused massive devastation to the Philippines. It displaced over 14 million people and damaged homes and livelihood. We helped families rebuild their lives by donating homes and motorized fishing boats. In 2015, we had the privilege of meeting the beneficiary families face to face. The sweet smiles on their faces and tears of gratitude were such a great source of inspiration for us.

We provide financial assistance to select individuals facing serious medical conditions and in urgent need of treatment.
